Rwandans Mourn SA’s Lucky Dube

by Linda Mbabazi, allAfrica.com, Rwanda - “As Rwandans we have lost a great friend. It is such an irreplaceable loss to Africans. He was an idol and great Pan-Africanist.”

I'm indeed happy to take this opportunity to comment on Lucky Dube.
He was the great african inspirer through music.to me as a Rwandan,Lucky's songs touched me especially his song "one people".

Dube's message contained love, culture, optimism, togetherness and above all afrocentric views. While dancing,I could see him as a Rwandan cultural dancer-intore-seeing his hair.

He had a vision for Rwanda when he said that he still has alot to do after visiting genocide memorial site of GISOZI in RWANDA.
