What resonated with me in today's featured article on Dolores Huerta is echoed here in Laura Miti's account of President Sirleaf's speech - that we shouldn't be waiting for a leader to rise to the top and bring us all to glory.

Whether in Zimbabwe or the US, this idea is one that we need to embrace if we are to create real change by and for the people.
