I appreciate the force of your emotions, and of course, you are absolutely right. We need a strong, definitive movement backed by conviction and passion. But, unfortunately, change is often a slow progress.
I differ with you in one argument though. Ensuring employment and livelihood is not a fool-proof way of arming a woman against domestic violence. Many educated, working women are also subjected to spousal abuse.
